A document path
that stays traceable.

  1. 01Identify the model

Use the exact model code and current nameplate.

  2. 02Describe the system

Share inverter, battery, PV and load information.

  3. 03Verify the record

Match the datasheet or certificate to its revision and market.

  4. 04Release the quote

Keep technical assumptions visible in the final proposal.

Common support questions.

Which files should I request?

Ask for the current datasheet, installation guidance, warranty terms, compatibility record and applicable compliance documents for the exact model.

Can any 48 V inverter use a 51.2 V battery?

Not automatically. Voltage range, charge settings, current limits, BMS communication and the approved architecture all need review.

Can JUNEXT support OEM or ODM projects?

The supplied company material identifies OEM and ODM support. Logo, colour, housing, accessories, packaging and minimum quantities must be confirmed for the project.

Are the calculators final engineering tools?

No. They are transparent pre-sales estimates and must be followed by qualified electrical and model-specific review.

Request the right record the first time.

Include model, quantity, destination country, system use and the document type needed so the team can respond with the correct scope.
